No one else in the world has had the same experiences as you. Your belief system, desires, and values are unique to you. You have a unique perspective.

That perspective is a lot more useful if you can share it, and in order to do that you first need to articulate it.

Identify Your Core Values

Understanding your values is the first step toward a more fulfilling life. In order to understand your values, you should take some time to put them into words. Because everyone has a unique set of values and beliefs, finding your core values isn't an exact science, but there are a few ways to approach this process.
